A logistics development site in Lakewood recently sold for $5.7 million, according to Pierce County records. The seller at 4805 123rd St. S.W., immediately east of Interstate 5, were LLCs associated with Panattoni Development, which acquired the land in 2021 for $4.5 million. The deal was worth nearly $15 per square foot.
