Kidder Mathews’ Brian Rosella and Joseph Calistri represented a private owner in selling 20 acres of land in Maricopa, Arizona for $250,000. The buyer plans to use the property for horses.
The site is located at NWC Warren Road and Bowlin Road. The new owner was drawn to the desert landscape of the area and access to well water for horses.
Unlike most transactions in the market today, this sale stood out as it was acquired by an owner-user, rather than a long-term investor. It demonstrates the strong interest and demand for land from buyers seeking to create their own personalized spaces.
“The seller was very pleased to be able to get top dollar in today’s market with little stress throughout the process of the sale,” said Calistri.
