oWow, has recently unveiled revised plans for a residential project situated at 3403 Piedmont Ave. in Oakland’s Pill Hill neighborhood. The project, which initially entailed the construction of an eight-story building with 73 units, has now been resubmitted with an expanded scope. Through utilization of the State Density Bonus program, the application has been modified to accommodate a total of 93 units adjacent to the historic Saw Mill Building.
