Tennessee-Based Coffee House Opens First Valley Location; 4 More Real Estate Deals to Know

A new industrial facility called Empire 101 in Peoria recently started construction along the Loop 101 freeway just north of Cactus Road.

The industrial building is being developed by KBC Advisors Arizona and will total 152,134 square feet at 89th Avenue and Sweetwater Road. Construction started in April.
