Pete Klees has joined Kidder Mathews’ Phoenix office as a senior vice president. A 38-year veteran of the industry, Klees represents clients in the sale, lease, and development of industrial properties — with a focus on the Southeast Valley of Metro Phoenix. Before Kidder Mathews, he was a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix.
Klees has spent the majority of his career specializing in industrial properties, including land sales, representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers. He has completed over 1,500 transactions, totaling over $1.25 billion in value. His clients have included Prologis, The Hewson Company, Air Methods, Prest-O-Fit, and Fine Living Products.
He has been involved with various economic development groups for decades and was honored as Broker of the Year by the City of Mesa.
