Parker Ksidakis has joined Kidder Mathews’ Seattle office as First Vice President. He is a retail investments specialist focused primarily on single-tenant net leased properties and multi-tenant retail in Washington and Oregon.
Ksidakis has been in the commercial real estate industry for nearly a decade. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was part of CBRE’s retail group in Seattle.
“My decision to join Kidder Mathews was strongly influenced by the entrepreneurial culture and ability to continue to reinvest into my business to achieve outstanding client results. That, paired with the opportunity to become a shareholder, made the decision easy,” said Ksidakis.
“We are so happy to have Parker join Kidder Mathews. He is a great addition to the five other retail investment brokers in the Seattle office that make our team one of the best in the business,” said Monica Wallace, Regional President of Brokerage for the Pacific Northwest.
Kidder Mathews has grown its retail brokerage group to include 80 brokers across offices in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, and Arizona. Over the past two years, the retail investments group has increased by 40%.
Ksidakis is the third retail investments specialist to join the firm’s Seattle office this year. David Gellner and Maggie Wolk began at Kidder Mathews in February from CPX (formerly Capital Pacific) as Executive Vice President and Vice President, respectively.
