Another property to hit the market in the region and add to this trend is the 73,928-square-foot retail park known as The Plaza located at 1730-1900 Grass Valley Hwy. in Auburn, Calif. The shopping center sits on a lot sized 13.2 acres and is offered for sale for $19,706,000 million, or approximately $267 per square foot.
