The retail sector in the greater Sacramento area is experiencing relatively stable vacancy rates and a slight increase in sales transactions, according to the recently published Sacramento Retail Market Trends report by Kidder Mathews. Another property to hit the market in the region and add to this trend is the 73,928-square-foot retail park known as The Plaza located at 1730-1900 Grass Valley Hwy. in Auburn, Calif. The shopping center sits on a lot sized 13.2 acres and is offered for sale for $19,706,000 million, or approximately $267 per square foot.
