A Chicago-based health care real estate investment trust invested $45 million in renovating four office buildings on the campus of Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa.
Renovations at the medical office buildings, which total 313,671 square feet, includes the addition of such amenities as an on-site coffee bar, an updated outdoor gathering space, new finishes in lobbies and other common areas, spec suites and more. The Ventas Inc.-owned buildings are located at 1432, 1450, 1500, and 1520 S. Dobson Road.
