Kidder Mathews Welcomes CRE Veteran Roger Rhoades to Orange County Office

Roger Rhoades has joined Kidder Mathews’ Orange County office as a senior vice president, bringing decades of experience specializing in industrial and office properties in Orange County and the Inland Empire.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Rhoades was a broker at firms including Lee & Associates, Grubb & Ellis, and Daum Commercial. His transaction volume has totaled over 7.1 million square feet of space and over $470 million in value.

Rhoades was the founding partner of Rhoades Ewing Development, where he worked for over 16 years. He was responsible for forward planning, land acquisition, entitlement, construction, and marketing, including lease and sale activities. During this time, the company successfully constructed five build-to-suit buildings and seven business parks in Orange and San Diego counties. In total, 84 buildings were developed with the completion of 984,828 square feet valued at $289,832,000.

Rhoades’ clients have included DSC Logistics, Trader Joe’s, Turner Development, Lincoln Property, Shea Properties, Chartwell Real Estate Development, and PPC Investment.
