A pair of vintage Pioneer Square buildings, rich in charm if not tenants, last traded in 2016 for about $6 million. The buyer, via two LLCs, was a married couple on Mercer Island. Now, at a healthy post-pandemic discount, Kidder Mathews is offering the pair at a little over $5 million. The listings appeared in recent days, with no stated deadline for offers.
