After acquiring a 24,575 square foot retail plaza in Rancho Santa Margarita in 2005, Englewood, Colo.-based Cadence Capital is placing the property back on the market. The property, Plaza Empressa, is offered by Faris Lee Investments with an asking price of $12.4 million, or roughly $504 per square foot, according to property listing from the brokerage firm.
