Michelle Schierberl has joined Kidder Mathews’ Orange County office as Senior Vice President, specializing in retail investment properties throughout Southern California.
Schierberl has over 25 years of experience focusing on the sale of retail shopping centers and land development projects, with three billion dollars in total transaction volume. Her clients have included JH Real Estate, Nuveen, LNR Partners, and AuEnergy.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Schierberl was with Stream Realty Partners in Irvine, California, and before that she was with Colliers International and Grubb & Ellis.
