Kidder Mathews has consolidated its Roseville and Sacramento offices into a new location at 701 University Avenue in the Campus Commons area of Sacramento. The office is located at the recently renovated University Park Center, a 275,000-square-foot group of buildings owned by Winn Communities.
Winn recently completed extensive renovations to the University Park Center including a total transformation of the conference center and fitness amenities, new HVAC units, building exterior and common area refurbishment, and landscaping upgrades.
Brokers from Kidder Mathews’ existing Roseville and Sacramento offices moved into the new location along the American River near California State University of Sacramento, a short walk to popular shopping and dining destinations. In line with current market trends, the new space consists of both private offices and collaborative areas as well as hoteling workspaces for brokers who prefer hybrid schedules.
