San Diego’s industrial market has remained relatively stable over the last several quarters, and investors have continued to test the strength in the market by placing properties up for sale. JRC Real Estate Investments, for instance, has placed up for sale a 48,635 square foot warehouse building in San Diego. The property is being marketed by Kidder Mathews’ James Duncan and Mickey Morera, with pricing guidance set at $20.67 million, or about $425 per square foot.
