The median price of a one-bedroom apartment in Seattle has jumped 8.2% year over year to $1,970, according to a new report by the apartment tracking company Zumper.
But the company says rent-price increases are slowly beginning to decelerate in much of the country. In Seattle, where rents are up substantially from a year ago, the price for a one-bedroom actually dropped 0.5% since December.
