Seattle’s hotel industry is reaching a critical milestone in its Covid-19 recovery, according to a report from commercial real estate firm Kidder Mathews.
Puget Sound-area hotels last quarter neared or exceeded pre-pandemic levels of performance, as measured by several key metrics. The steady growth in business through the fall and winter follows a summer buoyed by a surge in leisure travel.
