Prologis Plans New Industrial Building in Duwamish Area

Prologis does so many large industrial projects, and routinely purchases big building sites, that it’s easy to lose track of old deals. Back in 2014, the company paid over $10.6 million for a full block at 54 S. Dawson St. The deal also included a satellite parking lot to the south. The main property, with about 3.4 acres, has three old buildings from the 1950s. Those are now bound for demolition.
