MJR Development Updating Tacoma Tower in Bid for Satellite Offices

Kirkland-based MJR Development is rebranding a downtown Tacoma office tower it acquired a year ago for $41.3 million, giving it a new name and adding high-end amenities to its common areas.

The 200,000-square-foot building, formerly known as Tacoma Financial Center, is now called Tacoma Centre, the company announced Tuesday. A $5 million interior renovation is set to be complete by summer.
