An industrial and office complex at 1801 Fairview Ave. E. recently sold for a little under $19.7 million, according to King County records. The seller was 1801 LLC, associated with United States Seafoods, which acquired the property in 2012 for a stated $8.8 million. (The county then valued that deal at $7.5 million.)
