Fox Meadows in Tualatin Sells for $19.35 Million

Posted In — News & Press | Press Releases

Kidder Mathews is pleased to announce that it has closed the sale of the Fox Meadows Apartments — a 95-unit garden-style community located in Tualatin, Oregon — for $19,350,000.

Kidder Mathews multifamily investment brokers Tyler Linn, Jordan Carter, and Clay Newton represented the seller, Trion Properties. The buyer was a national multifamily investor based in California.

Located at 19545 & 19605 SW Boones Ferry Rd in Tualatin, Fox Meadows is within a short distance of the area’s most popular dining and shopping destinations, including Bridgeport Village. The property offers convenient access to major thoroughfares that connect to all regions of the metro. The property comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.

“Fox Meadows presents a great value-add opportunity due to Tualatin’s strong market fundamentals and tight vacancy in almost every asset class,” said Linn. “With a minimal pipeline of new housing supply coming in Tualatin, this asset is positioned for incredible growth.”
