Office Property on South Robertson Boulevard Sells for $6 Million

Posted In — News & Press | Press Releases

An office property in the South Robertson neighborhood of Los Angeles sold for $6,000,000 to a non-profit user. Kidder Mathews’ Tanel Harunzade, Darrell Levonian, Brittney McCarthy, and Michael Daniels represented the seller, a private LLC.

This unique property includes two adjacent parcels of land at 1818 and 1824 South Robertson Boulevard. The buildings were constructed separately, then connected by a previous owner. The space now totals ±14,242 square feet, with renovations throughout including a large rooftop deck at 1818 Robertson with expansive views of the city and Hollywood Sign.

The location of the property served as a significant selling point. It is situated between Beverlywood, Crestview, and La Cienega Heights — offering a mix of urban and suburban surroundings with nearby retailers, restaurants, and parks.

“Raising interest rates impacted the financing, but the market fundamentals of well-located real estate created demand from multiple buyers seeking to use the property,” said Harunzade.
