A six-unit apartment building from the 1950s was razed last year at 318 Bellevue Ave. E. Redevelopment plans have been brewing since 2017, but the architect, numbers and environmental bona fides have changed since then. And Kidder Mathews is now offering what it calls 318 Lofts, on behalf of the longtime landowner.
