These Warehouse Tenants Saw ‘Big Demand’ for Space, so They’re Developing it Themselves

A Bonney Lake warehouse tenant-turned-developer is planning an 850,000-square-foot project called Peak 410 after seeing a need for local industrial space.

The developer, Peak Design, wants to construct five buildings on a 50-acre site on the north side of state Route 410 between 214th and 233rd avenues East, in the city’s East Town industrial area.
