A Brooklyn, New York-based company that specializes in industrial outdoor storage purchased an 11.6-acre property in Pierce County for $22 million last week.
The site, at 1000 Butte Avenue SE in Pacific, is Zenith IOS’s first acquisition in Washington state. The property has six buildings, which Zenith plans to lease out, but will predominantly be used for outdoor storage.
