Onni Expands South Lake Union Footprint with $27M Tower Site Purchase

A small Seattle site entitled for a 41-story apartment tower next to Amazon’s South Lake Union campus has sold for $27.1 million, according to a deed that King County posted Thursday.

The buyer of the property at 121 Boren Ave. N., where 13 Coins operated, is Onni Group. This is hardly a surprise given how active the Vancouver, British Columbia-headquartered company is in the area.
