The Lake Tye Business Campus in Monroe, Washington has sold for $45,000,000. Kidder Mathews’ Zach Vall-Spinosa and Andy Miller represented the seller, Sterling Realty Organization. Redmond 8660, LLC was the buyer.
The flex industrial campus sits on 12.6 acres at 14655 Fryelands Boulevard Southeast in the heart of the Monroe industrial district. It was constructed in phases between 2004 and 2019 and now comprises eight buildings totaling 214,364 square feet. The campus is 99% leased to a diversified tenant roster.
