Kirkland-based 11 Capital LLC acquired the 124-unit Pointe East apartments in Fife for $31.75 million. The price works out to $256,000 per unit, slightly above Pierce County’s second quarter average of $228,000 per unit, according to a report by Kidder Mathews.
