Sterling Realty Organization Unloads Monroe Industrial Park for $45M

The Lake Tye Business Campus in Monroe sold for $45 million in a transaction announced Tuesday.

The 12.6-acre industrial park was purchased by Redmond 8660 LLC, a Bellevue-based entity affiliated with auto dealer Al Monjazeb.
