Bremerton Apartment Development Attracts Bay Area Buyer

San Francisco-based Friedkin Property Group has purchased the 162-unit Insignia apartments in Bremerton for $48.5 million. The sale was recorded in Kitsap County on Tuesday.

The seller, Seattle-based Security Properties, acquired the property for $29.5 million in July 2018, shortly after it delivered.
