Beacon Hill Complex Sells to Partnership for $65.5M

The Swig Co. and Rise Properties Trust purchased the 139-unit Colina Apartments in Seattle’s Beacon Hill neighborhood for $65.5 million, according to a sales affidavit King County posted on Tuesday.

The two-building complex, completed last year at 2709 17th Ave. S., is next to the Beacon Hill light rail station. The six-story structures have a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units.
