Former Oceanside Office Campus Purchased as School Site

A vacant Oceanside office campus has been sold for $11.8 million for use as a charter school.

Consisting of four buildings on a six-acre site at 1305-1320 Union Plaza Court, the property was purchased by Partnering with Parents, LLC, doing business as The Classical Academies, a tuition-free school.
