CenterPoint acquires neighboring 1-acre site in the South Bay for Punch Studios

In its ninth South Bay transaction, CenterPoint Properties has invested in a nearly 1-acre warehouse and 23,000-square-foot building at 506 W. 132nd St. in Gardena, California, next door to another CenterPoint asset at 13217 S. Figueroa St.
