Kidder Mathews’ Tracey Gedlich to Lead Asset Services in Portland

Tracey Gedlich, CPM®, Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews, has been promoted to Asset Services Market Leader in Greater Portland.

Gedlich has nearly 30 years of commercial property management experience, which includes managing 1.3 million square feet of commercial properties in the Portland area, as well as leading management teams, business development, and overseeing capital improvement projects. Gedlich has overseen $10 million in capital budget renovations to commercial properties. She has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

In her leadership role at Kidder Mathews, Gedlich is responsible for developing and directing the property teams to provide best-in-class service, partnering with clients to identify and execute value strategies, ensuring financial reporting compliance and risk management, and business development.
