The 140-unit Bella on Canyon townhome development in Puyallup recently changed hands for $50 million to an undisclosed buyer.
Tacoma-based SEB Inc., which is affiliated with Berg Residential, is the seller. The 21-building development was constructed in 2012 and is approximately 152,000 square feet.
