Chicago-based CA Industrial is moving ahead on a 97,000-square-foot industrial warehouse in Covington off Highway 18.
The project, which is set to deliver in Q4 2023, will be part of a five-site portfolio that marks the company’s first steps into the West Coast industrial market. The four other sites are in California. The five developments are expected to cost a total of $272 million to build.
