Beverly Plaza Sells with Plans for Mixed-Use Development

A strip mall on the border of Beverly Hills has changed hands, and the new owner has big plans for the prime property.

Beverly Plaza, the 17,000-square-foot retail center located at 400–430 S. San Vicente Blvd., has sold to Oklahoma Rock Holdings and The Abraham Cos., which bought the 28,500-square-foot lot for land value.
