Amazon.com Inc. (Nasdaq: AMZN) is putting the final touches on its first warehouse in the Pierce County’s Frederickson area, where an industrial development boom has been underway.
The Seattle-based e-commerce giant is leasing the 862,000-square-foot Building 5 in Chicago-based Logistics Property Co.’s Frederickson ONE development. It signed the lease in September.
