216 Acres of Tribal Land Up for Lease in Palm Springs

Posted In — News & Press | Press Releases

The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians has awarded Kidder Mathews the exclusive listing of Whitewater Ranch, ±216 acres of tribal property for development. The land is along the Interstate 10 corridor and Highway 111 — the entrance to Palm Springs, California. Kidder Mathews Senior Vice President Herb Grabell, CRE, SIOR is marketing the property for lease.

A preliminary site planning envisions 2.8-million-square-feet of warehouse distribution space, e-commerce, or an advanced manufacturing facility is proposed for the site. It is near the greater Inland Empire and coastal regions with excellent freeway visibility and immediate access to Interstate 10 via the Whitewater full interchange. The property currently offers access to utilities and possible rail service.

Development properties that can accommodate a 1-million-square-foot facility on the Interstate 10 corridor are in high demand as the Inland Empire industrial market moves east.

“Kidder Mathews is proud to partner with the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians on this exceptional property that has the potential to bring new industry to the Coachella Valley,” Grabell said.
