Utility Trailers Will Relocate to Newly Acquired Site in Fife

Semitruck dealer Utility Trailer Sales of Washington plans to move its Auburn operations after it completes a “state of the art” facility in Fife.

The company, an affiliate of MK Holdings LLC, recently acquired 8 acres of land that fronts the east side of Interstate 5. It paid $12.5 million for the property, which is located at 4705 E. 20th across the street from Sportco.
