Kidder Mathews’ Monica Wallace Appointed Board Chair of the Commercial Brokers Association

Kidder Mathews Senior Vice President Monica Wallace has been appointed to serve as Board Chair for the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) after being an active board member since 2018. Kidder Mathews President & COO Brian Hatcher is passing the torch to Wallace after proudly serving as Board Chair for the past year.

During Wallace’s more than 20-year career in commercial real estate, she has earned prominence in both the industry and local community. This year, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum selected her as a Top Influencer in Retail Real Estate. She was named Commercial Broker of the Year by Washington Realtors and recognized by Bisnow as a Power Woman — an award honoring influential players in Seattle’s commercial real estate industry. Wallace has served on the Bellevue Downtown Association’s Board of Directors since 2016 and Executive Committee since 2018. In addition, she has been a board member of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors for the past 11 years, including a term as president.
