Carmel Partners Plans 298 Capitol Hill Units on Growing Assemblage

On the block north of Cal Anderson Park, just steps east from Capitol Hill Station, may be the oddest gerrymander of a land assemblage in recent memory. Carmel Partners just paid $3.5 million for the south end of a three-legged site, which in outline looks something like a hair dryer. Those two old houses will be demolished.
