Nicola Wealth, a Canadian investment adviser, purchased two suburban Seattle properties for nearly $18 million as it adds to its industrial holdings in a key transit hub.

The purchase of 12806 and 12761 Gateway Drive brings Nicola’s holdings in the Gateway Corporate Center in Tukwila, Washington, to six buildings.
