Two Buildings at Woodinville West Business Park Sell for $33.5M, Surpassing Full Park Sale Price From 2020

Posted In — News & Press | Press Releases

Buildings C and D of Woodinville West Business Park have sold for $33.5 million. The two industrial buildings, located at 16650 and 16750 Woodinville Redmond Road N.E. in Woodinville, Washington, were sold to a private investor. The seller, Woodinville West CD, LLC, was represented by Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Zach Vall-Spinosa.

Vall-Spinosa brokered the sale of the full, four-building industrial flex office park in 2020 when Woodinville West, LLC purchased the property for $28 million.

Woodinville West Buildings C and D are high-quality, concrete, and steel-framed buildings totaling 122,750 square feet. The business park is close to downtown Bellevue, Microsoft headquarters, regional Google offices, and major freeways. It is 20 minutes from Paine Field Airport and 30 minutes from Sea-Tac International Airport.

“This sale is another indicator of how sought-after high-quality industrial projects are to investors in today’s market. Development of close in single-story product will be rare with land prices soaring and infill sites difficult to find,” said Vall-Spinosa.
