Kidder Mathews has recruited top brokerage team Alex Henderson and Grant Guernsey from Cushman & Wakefield. Henderson joins the Portland office as Senior Vice President, with Guernsey as Vice President.
Henderson brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience, specializing in tenant advisory and agency leasing services for healthcare and office clients throughout the Portland metropolitan region. She began her brokerage career at NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, she was Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Her expansive agency experience includes the successful lease-up of major office assets and advising prominent local and regional occupiers.
Guernsey, also from Cushman & Wakefield, focuses on the leasing and sales of downtown and suburban office properties in and around Portland. Before Cushman & Wakefield, he was a commercial lender spotlighting middle market financial consulting and commercial real estate acquisitions. He has represented such landlords as Woodside Capital Partners, John Russell Development, and Langley Investments. His clients in tenant representation have included CytoDyn, Bemis Associates, Parker Smith & Feek, Green Hammer and The James Brand.
