Kidder Mathews Senior Vice President Herb Grabell, CRE®, SIOR has been awarded the CRE® (Counselor of Real Estate) designation by The Counselors of Real Estate®, an international group of high-profile real estate professionals who provide expert advisory services to clients on complex property and land-related matters.

Grabell is part of Kidder Mathews’ Orange County office and has more than 30 years of experience specializing in industrial commercial real estate.

Only 1,000 professionals in all disciplines of real estate hold the CRE® credential in the United States and 20 additional countries. Membership is selective and extended by invitation, followed by a rigorous application and interview process that includes support letters submitted by clients.
