Kidder Mathews, the largest independent commercial real estate firm on the West Coast, has announced that Christine Young will oversee Kidder Mathews’ human resources programs including employee recruitment, development, diversity, and compensation/benefits programs across the firm’s 21 locations in five states.
Young is a 20-year human resources expert who spent most of her professional career in the corporate HR group at Nordstrom, which has 68,000 employees and over 350 stores. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington, and she is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
