Seattle’s Office Rents Drop as Return-to-Work Delays Linger

The ongoing delay of return-to-office policies is putting a damper on the nation’s office markets, and Seattle is no exception.

A CommercialEdge report shows the Seattle area’s average office space listing rate in December was down 2.5% from the year prior, to $35.67 per square foot. Only Manhattan’s office market price drop, which is down 7.2% year-over-year, is steeper.
