The new owner of the commercial space at Gridiron condominiums on Thursday said he plans to have a bar and restaurant in the part of the space facing Lumen Field.
A limited liability company run by Seattle hedge fund manager Aron English of 22NW LP paid $5 million for the approximately 9,600-square-foot space that has been vacant since the 11-story, adaptive reuse project opened about four years ago. It’s an opportunity zone play for English.
