Fueled by the ongoing strength of e-commerce, the Puget Sound-area industrial market absorbed a record 13 million square feet in 2021, with 4.1 million of that happening just in the last quarter, according to a new Kidder Mathews report. That blew away the previous record of 6.8 million square feet absorbed in 2006.
