Private Equity Firm Snags Second Auburn Industrial Property

New York City-based private equity firm Fortress Investment Group is expanding its Seattle-area industrial portfolio with a $22 million purchase in Auburn.

The 7-acre property, at 904 W. Main St., houses a 24,000-square-foot building occupied by Utility Trailer Sales of Washington Co.
